New Student Arrival Time Sign Up - Fall 2026

New students are expected to arrive to campus on August 20th. Please sign up below by choosing from the remaining 15-minute time slots. The slots are on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be expected to show up DURING the window of time you choose. As check in gets closer, instructions will be sent out for your arrival, including reminders of your check-in time.

Please note some athletes will arrive to campus earlier. If your team is planning to arrive early you will NOT sign up for a check in time today and will receive a pop up message on that question. You MUST still sign up for a Cav Connect Day and should still submit this form.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You are allowed one sign up only. Any subsequent sign ups received from the same person will be automatically canceled. If you require changes to your original time slot choice, please email [email protected].
